Newborn girl found dead in Tallahassee apartment trash bin

TALLAHASSEE (AP) — Police say they’re investigating after a newborn baby was found dead in a trash bin at a Florida apartment complex. A Tallahassee police news release says officers responded Friday afternoon to the Rolling Hills Apartments. The department’s violent crimes unit is investigating the baby girl’s death.
